Inside Sales Manager
CurrentOverseeing Inside Sales, Inventory/Purchasing and Quality Assurance to secure sales, improve gross profits and integrate communications across all departments. Administrative management of pricing policies so as to achieve targeted sales goals and gross profits at company, product and customer levels. Management of the purchasing department, providing direct guidance and direction to assure proper stocking of all warehouses to best service customer demands. Accountable for inventory controls throughout all warehouses, working closely with operations and finance to assure proper practices are in place thereby ensuring a healthy inventory budget. Ownership of strategic initiatives to implement improvements and enhancements to the current processes, procedures and systems ensuring best practices across all departments.
