I was responsible for capital sales and utilization of disposable components of the ROTEM� Thromboelastometry System. I covered a huge geographic area. The call points in the hospital; Being the first US-based Sales Consultant, I was instrumental in forming marketing plans, operational processes and the development of sales tools and strategies. I trained new hires, worked 8 -10 medical trade shows per year and gave a number of lectures to medical staff on the topic of hemostasis management using ROTEM� technology. I have formed close relationships with European and American KOLs in the areas of Anesthesiology, Transfusion Medicine and Perfusion. Lead the sales team in 2012 with 10 devices sold and 300% increase in reagent/disposable growth.In 2011, I lead the sales team with 11 devices sold totaling $550,000 in new capital sales and $205,000 in new disposable growth.

I performed various duties in the Cardiac Cath Lab as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) including assisting cardiologist during procedures, physiological calculations and hemodynamic patient monitoring. Also operated critical medical technology such as IABP, Autologous blood salvage, ECMO and Hemodynamic monitors during surgical procedures. In this position I discovered technical aptitude and developed problem solving skills, clinical education, was given and assumed critical levels of responsibility in an environment often involving high levels of stress and urgency.
