Current○ Staffed 16 projects targeting improvements in health care systems, across topic areas including health equity, trustworthiness, behavioral health, patient safety, home-based acute care, and vaccine confidence○ Managed logistics from planning to execution and evaluation for a nationwide 16-week COVID-19 response training program that engaged 31,735 nursing home staff at 9,058 nursing homes, 85% of which reported making a change in their operations○ Provided planning, technical, and facilitation support for over 125 client-facing webinars using MS Teams, Zoom, and Webex○ Optimize project team functionality and efficiency by scheduling and facilitating meetings, managing documentation, coordinating project timelines, and creating agendas, work plans, reports, and standard work○ Managed communications, renewal process, and customer service for IHI’s online learning platform
