I was the first Product Manager at Titanbay, the preferred private markets investment platform preferred private markets investment platform for Institutions & Family Offices, Private Banks & Wealth Managers, and Individual Professional Investors. I have demonstrated exceptional management skills by effectively collaborating with C-level executives, Scrum Teams, and other stakeholders to build a global-scale Private Equity Platform.My original focus was on automating and improving on the processes I had built whilst I was Head of Fund Operations, through technology. My responsibilities then increased to include the front-end investor platform, and as we have expanded the Product team, I now look after all tooling for our internal teams.My responsibilities include:- Product planning and roadmapping: Defining product features, prioritising enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment;- Requirements Gathering: Working closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements;- Hiring: Product Owners and Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Delivery Managers to build out the Product and Delivery team;-Identifying Operational Needs: Understanding the operational requirements of Titanbay and identifying areas where tooling can improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability;- Tooling Development and Implementation: Overseeing the development and implementation of operational tools. This includes working closely with Engineering, Design, UX and Delivery to ensure the tools are designed, developed, and deployed effectively.
