Ukraine

While working as a community development specialist in Ukraine I worked closely with local NGOs and governments to promote strategic planning, project design management, and leadership skills. This was achieved through camps, workshops, group meetings, and one-on-one coaching.I created projects focused on engaging the community to bring new clients into local businesses to boost economic growth. I worked at Waiahole briefly as the exclusive caretaker of a garden center. While there I created three field trip curriculum plans in topics such as startup business and agriculture. These programs were aimed at 6-18 year olds. I extensively researched and compiled public and private education institutions to create a database of potential clients. I worked with the management team to create pamphlets and marketing that accurately reflected the programs we offered.I also assisted the adjoining bistro cafe in creating techniques and processes to help reduce waste and increase profits. I was also involved in the creation of multiple new natural flavors for shaved ice.
