My destination consists of continuing my education in the engineering field after I finish my business degree. My reasoning is to cultivate a diverse education to established a well-rounded approach to the construction industry. I want to merge the two catalysts of human capital(management) and design(engineering). I believe this creates a synergy of two very important fields that must work together. My end goal for my education would be to have a master in finance and civil engineering in the field of hydrology. I believe this would be the sufficient formal education and I could establish a strong application knowledge. • Knowledgeo Estimation: Fuel pricing, material pricing, project phase duration, human factor (understanding employee psychological effects on projects).o Public relations: Established long-term relationship and repeat business from every customer the company has served. o Employee psychology (Understanding employee influence and reducing toxic environment and hiring employees that create synergetic work environments)• Skillso Interpersonal communicationo Leadership (extreme ownership, dynamics of leadership)o Resource management, managing financials and reducing cost on projects with more efficient process.• Experienceo I’ve managed 50k to 500k dollar jobs with 3 employees under my guidance. o I’ve established more efficient ways of preforming tasks by adapting to difficult situations where higher authorities hadn’t predicted issues. o I’ve trained new employees and group members in diesel mechanics, excavator operation, dozer operation, estimation, excel software and work ethic.
