Currently working as EIC in one of the prime project of Prestigious Unimark Group. It's a Residential and Commercial project which is located at the Ganges River bank area. The project value is more than 500 Cr. It includes 5 nos of High rise buildings which consists more than 500 units and one G+5 tower which is a commercial one and already running pretty well.

Responsible for Most Premium Product of OYO i.e "Townhouse" which is similar to a 3 star Hotel in a budgeted amount. The work is very challenging and of fun too as I have all the charge starting from Tendering, Ordering, Planning, Execution, Billing. All are turnkey projects which includes Structure works, Finishes and interior fit outs too. Have already launched one of the Townhouses in here in Guwahati and standing in a position of Launching another 3 nos in a row.

In medical area we have already launched one large scale super speciality Hospital named as IQ-City and is became very famous in a short period of time.
