Field survey for new route Intracity/FTTx/Lm/NLD & its cost optimization impact as per business requirement as well as getting approval from business & network planning team .Preparation of detail survey report , SLD & planning of scope of work & bill of materials ,budget with work completion planning within targeted timeline .Resource planning , vendor selection & work allotment of the project based on approved rate schedule and budget.Day to day monitoring of work progress and reporting to HO on daily basis , vendor bill checking and processing as per the checklist. Materials planning for on time requisition and delivery at site. Release of BOQ and network diagram and follow up for W.O.Design of fiber layout , optical span planning & fiber usage planning.Daily basis follow up with field engineers , resolving of site related issues , if any.Plan for weekly target , backlog issues and escalate the progress report daily basis.Proper planning of HDD/ T&D work ,manhole installation ,OFC blowing & pulling activities , splicing , termination and testing of span-wise & link wise route before delivery.Liaison with Row authority to obtaining ROW permissions as per the requirement of project.Planing of layout for FTTH / FTTX , FSA , Outdoor & Indoor small cell, College Wifi , Backbone , & Last mile connectivity.New lease link commissioning & providing its required data for AT offering , AT & HOTO activities to QA and O&M team . Rectification of fiber & new site/customer entry between existing link .Responsible for Quality audit & safety audit.

1. Implementation of PM activities on Equipments and Monitoring and maintenance of Dark fibers, around 400km route, Implementation of network improvement plans. 2. Handling of Power Meter, OTDR and Cable Locator, splice machine for troubleshooting the Transmission Problem. 3. Preventive maintenance on the fiber routes, Monitoring, coordinating, taking proactive precautions for expansion of roads, drainages, unscheduled digging on the OFC route. 4. Regularly Monitoring & taking report entire Wifi , AP ,OSC ,NLD , Intracity ,Backbone routes. Responsible for IP networking & LAN related issues. 5. For link purposes Check status & reset cards to the MUX slot, for various links like STM-64, STM-16, STM-4, STM-1 using ALCATEL & ECI MUX. 6. DG servicing, Battery deep discharge test and AC filter clean and Maintenance at own site Automation and extension of infra alarms to NOC Coordination during the regular PM activity and coordination during fiber cuts and ECI, DWDM Equipment failures. 7. Follow up with team members, technicians and patrollers to reduce faults. 8. Responsible for HOTO & Quality audit for the new route.
