Senior It Systems Engineer
CurrentManage unified communications, align business needs to technology projects, evolve core technologies and infrastructure. Design, build, track, and regularly assess and improve office networks (10 individual networks evolving from Peplink to Juniper to Fortigate/Meraki). Create, code, and improve KPIs in snowflake sql for IT, Security, and Vendor Management (Periscope/Sisense and Tableau). Work with IT Services and Vendor Management to roll out new services - service selection, migration, and implementation. Working with Security for implementations: Crowdstrike, Mimecast, PCI compliance, CIS20 implementation, SOC 1 and 2, SOX, policy writing. Automate day-to-day tasks for other business units and internal IT processes, including creating custom automations and API integrations (Zapier, Okta Workflows, Bettercloud, JAMF, scripting, package building, spreadsheet building). Create and manage IVRs (Five9 certified), configure SSO providers and set up SSO/SAML configurations (GSuite, Okta). Run webinars, design and build Audio/Visual set ups. Provide emergency support, manage critical situations, create internal and external documentation, hold team training workshops and classes.
