I am able to work both individually and in a team-based environment, and my diverse experience in the military and the civilian world has given me exposure to working with diverse groups. I have thrived when it comes to working on a team and am a firm believer in the benefit of understanding other members' roles. strengths and areas for growth and improvement in their occupations. As a technician for Willscot, I acquired labor tech skills from working on HVAC systems to structural framing and electrical wiring. After being activated by the WA National Guard, I stayed on as the Training Manager for the 10th Homeland Response Force out of Joint Base Lewis-Mcchord. In this position, I have worked and built relationships with airforce and army service members to further their careers and development. This involved incredible attention to detail, coordinated communication, and working under fast pace and high-stress conditions. I have attended many courses and training when it comes to emergency management, and advanced leadership, While deployed overseas, I gained experience in intelligence analysis while conducting operations and earned my Security+ certification while deployed. With my TS/SCI security clearance, I am looking for that next step in my career which includes applying my network security skills, leadership skills, and training and development skills to the civilian sector. I am also in the process of gaining my Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration.
