My experience of the HVAC industry spans three decades, starting as an apprentice in ventilation engineering with Senior Hargreaves, becoming an installation engineer before moving into supervision and project/construction management and most recently design/application and sales engineering. I have extensive knowledge of HVAC system installation methods and design including AC/VRV systems (as I am F-Gas qualified) , ventilation ductwork design and installation implementation both commercially to DW144 standards and domestically to Part F Building Regulations. Notable projects I have personally been involved in include refits and maintenance of properties belonging to the Saudi Royal Family, The Savoy Hotel (refit), One Hyde Park (Candy & Candy), Kings Cross St Pancras Station Channel Tunnel Rail Link CTRL105 , Fortnum & Masons Refurb, John Lewis Partnership, Truman Brewery (Brick Lane Site), Westfield Shopping Centres and the London Underground. Have also overseen high security projects for the Metropolitan Police notably the refurbishment of custody suites at Colindale, Brixton and Walworth stations and more recent projects for the M.OJ. and Prison service, Surrey Police and the Royal Estates.
