While not running a class or personal training, I call potential leads and offer many different promotions. I would greet a walk-in with his/her parents and give them a tour of the clubhouse, grounds, and model apartment. During the tour, I displayed the fitness center, study lounge, sand volleyball court, and pool. Driving in the company golf cart I showed off parking and pet friendly parts of the campus. In the model apartment, I displayed the hardwood floors, granite countertops, furnished versus unfurnished availability, and utility packages. On the business side, I was in charge of excel spreadsheets for all down payments, monthly lease rates, utility bills, and fines. Lastly, on the maintenance side I directed all complaints and problems to the maintenance professionals and made sure the tenants were taken care of.
