In this role, I lead our Global Performance Management, Careers and Associate Experience teams.

I managed HR globally for our Strategy and Technology team, led by our Chief Technology Officer. Prior to this role, I managed the global HR CoE for our fast growing Digital Business Operations (DBO) group (covering ~60K employees), and also played the Global HR Business Partner role for multiple BUs (covering ~15k employees) for this business.

Information Kerala Mission (IKM), was setup by the Kerala State Government with the objective of computerizing the local bodies. I was among a handful of graduates selected through a competitive selection process across the state to study the various government2citizen (G2C) in the three-tier local self governance system and recommend re-engineered process for software development & implementation.
