At Prima, I'm responsible for managing the bulk of our marketing initiatives, curating our portfolio of products, creating and updating content on our learning center and blog, and establishing our brand within the coffee industry and the broader coffee community. I also function as the face of the brand, as I star in the majority of our video content on products, brewing techniques, advice, and experiments.My typical duties include:- writing content for product listings, learning center, and social media- analyzing brand and product performance on our site as well as more broadly on search platforms (e.g. Google Trends)- researching new potential avenues for growth and identifying trends in the coffee industry- creating and deploying multi-channel marketing initiatives for product launches, sales & promotions (especially holiday period for Q4), and events- working with our graphic design and photo/video team, providing creative direction for display ads, website media, and video content- working with our content creators and product listers, providing editorial feedback and brand voice direction for written content- arranging sponsorship of coffee events across the US- managing media partnerships, including podcasts, print magazines, and digital display ads- designing and executing our trade show exhibits at the yearly Global Specialty Coffee Expo (attendance apprx. 12-15k)- review and analysis of commercial and consumer products as potential additions to our product catalog- presentation in video content including product reviews, product comparisons, instruction of techniques and skills, technical how-tos and more- managing social media across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube

Designed logo variants for broadcast, designed web site layout, created motion graphics and 3d elements for broadcast and web use. Worked with contracted web firm to help in web site implementation process.
