Led the selection, training, and development of a team of 3 NRO Strategists to ensure all newrestaurant openings across 3 regions in the US and Canada were set up with the tools, knowledge, team, and training necessary to deliver exceptional results and an excellent guest experience from grand opening.

Partnered with operations leadership during the pre-opening planning process to ensure new restaurants were at model and fully staffed across 5 states and in Canada. Directly manage and organize the on-site training process from construction turnover through grand opening. Develop and deploy a team of Training Coordinators to work during the on-site training process to lead, coach and ensure managers and team members are equipped to deliver an exceptional training experience.

Started as crew member and worked to become a single and multi-unit manager, responsible for people development (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention, employee and manager training), business fundamentals (PnL/labor/food cost management, building sales, scheduling, cash handling), and creating an excellent guest experience (teaching hospitality, operations, speed of service, food preparation, food safety).
