• During 12 deployments in support of Special Operations Command-Africa, conducted FMV analysis in excess of 700 manned ISR missions, resulting in an equal number of in-depth post mission products focused on pattern of life development, activity-based intelligence, force disposition, force protection and historical reporting refreshment.• Screened in excess of 4500 hours of FMV, resulting in near-real time reporting of Special Operation teams on target development to support US, Partner Force and international counter-terrorism efforts.• Responsible for quality control and distribution of post mission products as well as handling request for information inquiries requiring mission and historical reporting reviews.• Primary interface between aircrew and flight management/operations in the conduct of radio checks, Landing Zone Safety Officer (LZSO) notifications, weather reporting and flight status updates as well as facilitation of maintenance trouble shooting once airborne.• Filled critical gaps of communication between ITC, customers and Battle Captains by providing aircrew taskings/briefings, dynamic re-tasking as well as target acquisition recommendations to ensure Commander’s Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs) were being met.• Additional duties included: Reconnaissance Operations Management Enterprise (ROME) scheduling, Evasion Plan of Action (EPA) submissions and pre-mission weather requests as well as assisting with life support functions to include boat transportation, dining facility sign-ins and interfacing with house management regarding maintenance and scheduling issues.

• Curriculum and scenario developer and instructor for an AFSOC directed Air Education and Training Command (AETC) course pending Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) accreditation.• Provide subject matter expertise in the following: ISR overview; Imagery Intelligence; Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (AGI); PED; AGI Product Support; Tactical Assets; Theater Assets; Special Mission Assets; Collection Management and Planning Considerations.• Served as multiple-discipline role player for ITC scenarios which provide hands-on training in a simulated Joint Operations Center (JOC) / Tactical Operations Center (TOC)• FMV analyst and screener supporting 24/7/365 operations for AFSOC as part of the Distributed Ground System (DGS) architecture. Near real-time exploitation of enemy tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) used against US, Coalition and Partnered military forces.

Kabul, Afghanistan

• Senior analyst focused on identifying persons of interest and poor practices that contribute to corruption, possible funding streams and on-going contracts in question with the US Government within the non-security ministries. Personally authored more than six Deep Dive analytical papers, which were shared with NATO partner nations in an effort to identify and reduce corrupt practices within the ministries, specifically at the sub-national governance level. Other duties included biographical updates of key persons of interest prior to Key Leader Engagements with the CJIATF-A Commanding General (2-star).• Team member responsible for providing the CJIATF-A Commander with a daily read book obtained from CENTCOM to ensure our commander was aware of US Forces Afghanistan (USFOR-A) topics of interest.• CJIATF-A’s Presidential Election Subject Matter Expert. Participated in State Department working groups for over a year monitoring the pulse of those in the field reporting observations in terms of voter, candidate registration and local political practices. Authored a Deep Dive on changes to electoral laws and comparisons with previous elections to highlight weakened areas within the processes.

Qalat, Afghanistan

• Deployed analyst in an Analytical Control Element (ACE) providing all-source analysis in support of USFOR-A, Coalition, Special Forces and Afghan National and Local Forces. Filled critical ISR collection management gap, leveraging vast networks to ensure areas of interest were being identified, collected, exploited and disseminated.• Provided daily contributions to the Daily Intelligence Summary which was distributed throughout the Regional South Command area of operations, as well as the Commander’s Intelligence Update Brief, Counter-IED Brief, bi-monthly targeting assessment boards, monthly reports and focused intelligence products in support of operations.• Force multiplier—utilized collections and imagery background and vast network of connections within the intelligence community, revitalized the collection process for the Combined Task Force (CTF) Arrowhead (East) ACE team members and customers in order to provide advanced geospatial intelligence products in support of current and future operations.

Iraq

• Deployed to Iraq as shift lead of five-person team in delivering Wide Area Persistence Surveillance (WAPS) analytical products from the Constant Hawk platform in support of Task Force ODIN (Observe, Detect, Identify and Neutralize) for use by US conventional and Special Forces.• Conducted Phase 1/Phase II forensic analysis to backtrack and correlate significant events.• Primary Request for Information (RFI) manager for tasking and collection of all Constant Hawk analytical products within Multi-National Forces-Iraq’s northern area of operations during the final phases of Operation New Dawn.

Hurlburt Field, Florida, United States

• Provided imagery, all-source intelligence, and geospatial support to SOF operations in OEF/OIF as part of the distributed ground station SOF architecture.• Deployed to Iraq as an ITC during Operation New Dawn. Directed collection and exploitation of multiple manned and unmanned air assets during combat operations; worked directly with ground force commanders and fire support officers during all phases of mission planning from target development to mission execution. Routinely provided dynamic re-tasking of aerial assets during combat operations based on priorities and capabilities.

Sierra Vista, Arizona, United States

• FMV Subject Matter Expert; developed, taught, and validated the first block of FMV instruction designed to meet the requirements listed in the Critical Task Listing.• Actively participated in the Geospatial-Intelligence Training Council’s Motion Imagery Working Group charged with standardizing Motion Imagery core competencies throughout the Intelligence Community.• Continued development of capstone exercises designed to simulate a Division ACE and an Unmanned Aircraft System exploitation team, guided soldiers through tactical reporting and enhanced briefing skills during the five-day graded event.
