As the Senior Associate for the INTA Foundation, my responsibilities include cultivating partnerships, developing fundraising strategies, sustaining marketing campaigns, maintaining the INTA Foundation Fellowship Program, and evaluating program outcomes. I am responsible for coordinating all aspects of INTA's global pro bono program to promote and raise awareness to SME's, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits interested in pro bono assistance and engage INTA's membership in volunteering to support the program. Additionally, I implement and oversee the clearinghouse and matching processes, recommend new initiatives and procedures to ensure a streamlined process for all users. Research prospective organizations to build bridges or targets that could benefit from the program. Develop work plans based on agreements with organizations interested in working with INTA's pro bono program.I am also the primary staff liaison to the Pro Bono Subcommittee.
