Current• Serve as fractional in-house GC for mid-sized companies and as strategic senior counsel for larger entities• Provide strategic advice to prominent large brand name clients, including some multibillion dollar corporate companies (Ann Taylor, Talbots, The Children’s Place, Tillys, and Palantir), across multiple disciplines, such as SaaS, AI, telecom, advertising, marketing, retail, hospitality, privacy, and general technology• Seamlessly support in-house legal teams in negotiating complex strategic transactions while developing and maintaining strong working partnerships with C-Suite, procurement, marketing and advertising, sales, IT, transportation, data compliance, finance, sourcing, and HR teams• Negotiate and draft a diverse range of complex commercial agreements worth over $100 million in value• Negotiate with thousands of different vendors, including major technology service providers such as HPE, Oracle, Cisco, TCS, Manhattan Associates, IBM, AWS, UPS, Master Card, Klarna, Aurus, Akamai, Workday, SalesForce, Verizon, and Zoom• Identify opportunities and draft dispute letters, resolving over $5 million per year in savings for clients• Represent clients in saving over $20 million by supporting, evaluating, and providing appropriate solutions to stakeholders by acting as primary legal and risk contact (and business advisor) for thousands of procurement related matters worth approximately $1 billion annually, for Ann Taylor, Talbots, Lane Bryant and several other brands
