Current- Serve as fractional in-house GC for mid-sized companies and as strategic senior counsel for larger entities
- Provide strategic advice to prominent large brand name clients, including some multibillion dollar corporate companies (Ann Taylor, Talbots, The Children’s Place, Tillys, and Palantir), across multiple disciplines.
- Seamlessly support in-house legal teams in negotiating complex strategic transactions while developing and maintaining strong working partnerships with C-Suite, procurement, marketing and advertising, sales, IT.
- Negotiate and draft a diverse range of complex commercial agreements worth over $100 million in value
- Negotiate with thousands of different vendors, including major technology service providers such as HPE, Oracle, Cisco, TCS, Manhattan Associates, IBM, AWS, UPS, Master Card, Klarna, Aurus, Akamai, Workday, SalesForce.
- Identify opportunities and draft dispute letters, resolving over $5 million per year in savings for clients
