Manage the daily operation of the Springfield office. Coordinate the planning and preparation of all meetings including the annual membership meeting, the RC-23 board of directors, political action committee, membership committee, and continuing education classes. Activities include meeting arrangements, scheduling conference calls, creating marketing material, mailings, and packet preparation. Maintain the INA, RC23 and political action committee Facebook pages. Create marketing materials for events and classes. Track and advance grievances in an internet-based tracking system. Develops and maintains office procedures in compliance with INA policy.

Communicate with new and current clients via telephone, email and website. Maintain a calendar of client appointments. Create and maintain an Access database of clients. Collect fees and do monthly record keeping. Maintain clean cages, bring in mail and newspapers, water plants and take great care of pets while their owners are away.
