Stacy Clark, Director of Sales & Leasing, she leads the Real Property transfers and transactions department for Solstice Residential Group, LLC. A veteran in the real estate industry, Ms. Clark has a vast knowledge and understanding of apartment leasing and transfers, including such complexities as transfers upon a death and transfers into Trusts. Stacy has acquired her experience through a systematic graduation by way of a number of professional positions – including buyer/seller representation, mortgage lending (traditional banking and hard-money lending), bank-foreclosures, tax-lien foreclosure, short-sales, loan modifications, title review and clearance, and investor-acquisitions.Ms. Clark holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management. In her leisure time, Ms. Clark participates in giving back to her community, which is accomplished in her role as an Executive Director for The Blacklist Inc., a non-profit organization geared towards ushering adolescent & young men into their full potential through encouraging them to be civically-engaged, confident, concerned and creative. In the past, she has held the role of Board member at 3D's Aftercare Inc., a Not-For-Profit, designed to empower children, create confidence and encourage academic accountability. She has collaborated with & volunteered for other Not-For-Profits and such as Man in the Mirror and S.O.N.I.A.Y. Her ultimate goal is to walk in her entrepreneurial spirit.
