• Coordinate regular quarterly, monthly and adhoc releases.• Manage complex releases comprised of multiple projects, maintenance, defect fixes and rule changes from release inception through post implementation.• Conduct regularly scheduled release status meetings.• Manage and coordinate production technology and business checkout bridge calls and act as the focal point for escalations.• Communicate release status to senior level management.• Manage pre and post release dashboards and reporting metrics.

• Oversee 2 Team Leads, 11 Underwriters and 7 Processors.• Responsible for overall Team production by monitoring daily performance of team members.• Ensure Quality and Service Level Standards are met.• Develop Sales and Operations partnership with external sales force.• Communicate and implement new policy requirements as necessary.• Conduct Performance Reviews and Develop Staff.• Ensure Compliance and Legal expectations are met by monitoring Controlled Self Audits and Regulatory audit results.

• Submit loans to Underwriting according to current company policies.• Process and set files for Closing.• Maintain and manage pipeline.• Ensure pipeline accuracy.

• Supervise the disbursement of funds in a timely manner.• Reconcile returned funds from Closing Agents to closed loans.• Help in the retrieval of dated funds.

• Verify accuracy of loan information.• Test book/Book loans for Regional District offices.• Disburse funds in the form of wires and/or checks.
