Develop project scopes, milestones and timelines. Led office reorganization combining four offices and going from 100 to over 1000 staff. Analyze, interpret and formulate evaluations of policies and program implementation. Identify gaps and develop legislative proposals or internal policies and implement operational guidance. Triage emergent correspondence and actions. Respond to Congressional, FOIA and media inquiries. Draft and approve task responses.  Forecast, develop and execute budgets up to $350 million across numerous programs. Coordinate funding across hundreds of sites. Monitor multiple data points and contract deliverables to ensure proper fund execution. Doubled the number of mental health metrics we were passing and made our facility one of only a handful in the nation to meet new performance goals. Coached other facilities on performance improvement. Collaborated with other programs to ensure successful program implementation and functioning. Advised senior leadership on all administrative functions, including finances and human resources. Led the interdisciplinary Behavioral Health Executive Leadership Council in the development of a SWOT analysis and strategic plan.  Responded to action items at the local, regional and national level.
