Lead the effort to architect and implement the migration strategy for over 450 servers and 200TB of data to a new outsourced data center. Worked closely with our hosting provider to ensure day-to-day data center operations were performed in a timely and efficient manner. Engaged with internal and external business partners to provide consultative architecture support in the design and implementation of enterprise-level server, storage, and backup/recovery solutions. Developed service-based methodology for data center compute resources, which was widely accepted by our end user customers.

Provided project management support for the relocation and consolidation of a global manufacturing company's IT infrastructure. Primary responsibilities included: preparing the Statement of Work, planning and coordinating data center infrastructure build activities, initiating and tracking change control requests, managing the efforts of over 20 technical resources across multiple organizations, creating and maintaining project plans and documentation, and facilitating customer status meetings. As Systems Architect, provided consultative sales support in the design and implementation of enterprise-level IBM UNIX server, Storage Area Network, backup and recovery, and high-availability solutions. Worked directly with customers to provide system architecture and project management support to ensure the timely implementation of complex solutions.
