Supervise Employment Specialists. Work directly with consumers to assist them in securing competitive community integrated employment. Offer supports by improving soft skills, creating resumes, employment preparation, job coaching, employment placement and community resources. Execute and close all sales calls for assigned (relief) sales routes. In connection with a sales call, maintain appropriate inventory levels, maintain company assets and point of sale, ensure account meets company merchandising standards, determine stores' product needs, place and transmit appropriate orders. Ensure consistent adherence to merchandising and customer service standards. Maintain and sell incremental displays and equipment, as needed. Sell in promotional programs and ensure customer compliance. Act as an Ambassador by providing customer service to consumers and store personnel by answering questions, locating product, and providing assistance as needed.

Assist customers with purchases of specific items. Provide customers with ideas of new items to try individually or for events. Create displays to promote sales and marketing of products. Loss prevention.

Assist families in a variety of arenas for the purpose of developing an action plan to improve family self-sufficiency through home visits. Inform families of community resources. Collaborate with community services and programs. Plan, organize and lead family and parent meetings for a variety of subjects. Co-leader of Empowered Parents group for families with special needs children. Coordinator of Family Connections, parent education classes. Responsible for accurate record keeping to assure federal and state compliance.
