Behavioral Healthcare Inc. administered health benefits for members of Health First Colorado (Medicaid) in Adams, Arapahoe and Douglas counties. The State of Colorado has moved toward integrating behavioral healthcare and physical healthcare and changed how it will be delivered to Health First Colorado members effective July 1st, 2018. As the Manager, I am responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, copy center, filing, telephone and facsimile services, message delivery, mail room functions, reception, personnel records and employment, corporate compliance documents, ensuring the purchase of office supplies and for the planning, purchase and maintenance of office equipment/furniture, managing and coordinating facilities, and including the provision of varied and complex office duties. I supervise and evaluate general administrative personnel as well as provide direct technical and administrative support to the CEO, Board of Directors, CFO, Corporate Compliance Director, and Human Resources Director.

Under general supervision, I provided a broad range of administrative support for department directors and executives, projecting a professional image through in-person and phone interaction. My duties included but were not limited to handling information requests; the preparation of routine correspondence and reports; screening, referring or responding to telephone inquiries; arranging appointments and greeting visitors; arranging conference calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; handing incoming and outgoing mail; maintaining files and record systems; preparing reports (routine, special, and statistical) and presentations; conducting research. My position also involved some project management and was back up to the manager.

Investigated and analyzed customer orders in an attempt to prevent fraudulent deliveries. Researched and analyzed names, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and credit card numbers to determine if an order is fraudulent or not. Once determined, every attempt to stop the order was made through system transactions or communication with the warehouse, vendor, UPS, and/or FedEx. Created personal profiles for cases that were going to be reviewed and used during police investigations.
