Direct and control all liquor operations including inventory, sales, financial reporting and the general operations of the department:implement the goals and objectives of the department.Manage all employees, select, train, motivate, and evaluate personnel. Research and resolve customer credit issues arising from the Micros system. Daily track audited areas such as draft beer, lineage and games revenue for consistent compliance.
