Hello, I'm Stacy, a dedicated and compassionate Family Resources Coordinator Lead deeply committed to empowering families with young children facing developmental delays. In my current role, I serve as the primary contact for families enrolled in the Children’s Therapy Center Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT Program). I am driven by a mission to create a supportive and nurturing environment where children can flourish, while equipping parents and caregivers with the confidence and skills to foster their child's growth. I am collaborative by nature, actively coordinating access to early support services. I ensure that families receive personalized care in compliance with Part C regulations, fostering an inclusive and equitable approach. My leadership extends to facilitating the collaborative development and review of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), fostering family supports, and guiding each child toward their optimal development. I am an advocate for diverse populations and communities, recognizing the importance of equity in providing tailored services. My approach includes a focus on serving families in natural environments, promoting inclusive playgroups, and navigating virtual settings with sensitivity to diverse needs. Beyond this, I am dedicated to cultivating a team that shares my commitment to excellence and equity, making a positive impact on the lives of children and families from all backgrounds. I am eager to continue this meaningful work and contribute to building a more inclusive future for our communities. In addition, I maintain detailed documentation and paperwork to meet timelines and funding requirements and actively participate in weekly team meetings with Family Resources Coordinators, educators, and therapists. I also stay current with ongoing FRC training opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge in this dynamic field. My role goes beyond the immediate early intervention period, as I facilitate transition plans to support families transitioning into school district or community programs. Regular contact with families is a priority, and I serve as a compassionate point of contact, assisting them in obtaining needed resources, services, funds, and overall assistance. If you are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and families, I welcome the opportunity to connect and explore potential collaborations.
