Hello, My name is Stan Barrett. I am a Faithful husband, Loving Father, and I'm passionate about helping people maximize their potential and discover their purpose. I started Daystar Lighting Solutions LLC. in 2010. I began the company with the sale of one 4' LED tube light. and was able to grow to more than $10 million in sales revenue. I didn't know much of anything about lighting. I read an article about it online doing research. I felt like it was going to revolutionize the lighting industry throughout the world. So I just thought to myself let's shine some light on the world and try to start a business. With the help of some wonderful team players over the years I have learned how to develop and implement all the systems, protocols and infrastructure required to operate every area of a business.Therefore my business experience covers a wide range of positions and hats I've had to wear over the years. Some I gladly embraced while others they just need to get done! I love the core of building a business and the process of creating and pioneering. As well as developing and growing each department/division. I enjoy building teams, scouting for motivated individual talent. Establishing unified goals & celebrating the wins together.
