Worked with local agent to select space or work on lease renewal. Design and Build-Using information obtained in business needs discussion and engaging teams to create and build the office. Move Services – coordinated staff and moving company to relocate from the old to the new office.Office Management and Services – Arrange leases for copier, Mail machine, break room water/ ice machines, vending, Managed maintenance agreements for server room HVAC and UPS.Audio Visual – Arrange for AV services in lobby, offices, conference rooms, and other areas as needed.
