In May of 2019 Transact was a spin-off of Blackboard. I was sent with the spin-off division.Real Estate – Engaged business leaders to identify business needs. Worked with local agent to select space or work on lease renewal. Design and Build-Using information obtained in business needs discussion and engaging teams to create and build the office. Move Services – coordinated staff and moving company to relocate from the old to the new office.Office Management and Services – Arrange leases for copier, Mail machine, break room water/ ice machines, vending, Managed maintenance agreements for server room HVAC and UPS.Audio Visual – Arrange for AV services in lobby, offices, conference rooms, and other areas as needed.

I stated in a small IT department that serviced all the company’s IT needs. In June 2001 we built our 48,322 square foot facility. As the M&A activity continued, I transitioned into a Facilities Manager roll to cover the West. As the M&A activities continued to include international locations. My roll expanded to Sr Facilities Manager then Director. The international countries I found space and built or remodeled an existing office include, Australia (2), Canada (2), Colombia (3), China (2), Czech Republic. I was with AT&T CampusWide from 1995 to 2000 when Blackboard purchased AT&T Campuswide. I was in IT from July 1995 to February 2010 when I officially moved into Facilities with the same company. From 2008 until 2010 I performed facilities responsibilities before officially moving departments.

I worked in the credit union division and on the Vista Inhouse Product.
