Stanley Chia is the Co-founder of Cialfo. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University, with Second Upper Class Honours in the Bachelor in Accountancy and Minor in Entrepreneurship. Through Cialfo, Stanley is democratizing college access internationally, by empowering high school college counsellors the capabilities to enrich students’ college application journey with access to information, resources, and better administrative support. The Cialfo platform provides comprehensive information to a wide database of colleges in over 20 countries, a powerful process management tool, AI powered college guidance support, and communication modules to improve stakeholder engagements. Stanley enjoys collaborating with CIALFO partners in helping students discover and cultivate their own strengths and capabilities, and ultimately to make a positive difference in their respective communities.Stanley was the founder and managing director of Envisage Education Pte Ltd from 2010 to 2016, a social enterprise that empower youths to create positive change in their respective communities, in particular Urban Poverty issues.In October 2011, Stanley represented Singapore as a youth ambassador to the 7th UNESCO Youth Forum. Stanley actively contributed in national initiatives such as being a committee member of the Our Singapore Conversations, a supervisory board member of the REACH Supervisory Panel and the council member of Social Development Network-Trust.
