Practice Director - Consumer & Services At Write Research CompanyWrite Research Company Oct 2012 - May 2017I joined Write Research as a Client Director in 2012, responsible for a varied client portfolio, but by 2015 - and post-Capita acquisition - I was charged with the growth and development of the Consumer & Services Practice, leading a team of highly-skilled research and sales professionals, developing new clients for the practice, managing an existing client portfolio and assignment project management. I worked with some of the most talented people there is in the research/insight world whilst with the business and had just shy of five amazing years there. It was also an awful lot of fun, working with some incredible clients and being acquired by a FTSE 100 business along the way.

In this role, reporting to the Training & Development Director, I lead the Screening department, where I managed a team of 4 Screening Officers, implemented a new screening procedure and advised the wider business on all screening/vetting related matters.
