Request and administer site locates for excavation. Responsible for database management. On-site IT technician for office employees. Contact for internal and external design of fiber optic service to on-net and off-net customers.

Member of the IT Desktop Support Team responsible for resolving RIM internal incidents of a technical or business process nature as quickly as possible, and configuring/delivering new equipment to RIM employees. Required to identify, investigate, diagnose, and research solutions to 2nd level technical problems. Installed, upgraded and resolved both hardware and software issues.
