I am currently working for the Operations team and performing installation, integration,testing, support and training for the company's entire product portfolio: SBC, Class 4 and 5 switches,MGW, STP, protocol converters, SMS products, mysql based billing and routing engines.Hands on job, with direct interaction with customers and their live systems and networks. I expanded a long list of skills and learned new ones for this role, including packet analysers like Wireshark, multiple protocols (SIP, ISUP, MGCP, SIGTRAN, IP, Diameter), Cisco gateways, Audiocodes and Telesoft cards, Mysql, Linux, SNMP Managers, VMWare and Xen virtualization, IP phones, cloud computing and more.This job also requires deep understanding of relational databases like Mysql, Linux administration, SNMP monitoring and data visualizations, virtualisation platforms like Xen and VMWare, cloud computing with AWS and Azure, Salesforce CRM and automated testing and scripting.Recent deployments are usually cloud based, where I’ve been using my cloud computing skills as Iam AWS certified Solutions Architect Associate and Microsoft certified Azure Fundamentals.Trouble tickets ranges from simple questions to configuration changes and difficult root cause analysis, lab modelling and issue replication in simulated environment, engineering break-fix testing, etc.

I performed quality assurance type of activities on the newly developed distributed core networknodes. I worked as a Core Network Engineer for Alcatel-Lucent. Due to the complexity of the equipment and services related to this job, I was extensively trained in US and France. Upon completion I was deploying, integrating and testing Soft Switches and Tekelec Media Gateways all over the world. I performed many operations related tasks, plus on-call and technical support activities. Responsibility was one of the major requirements to achieve good results with this job. I've was working in electronics manufacturing environment, QA team at Ixtant SpA, an Italiancompany managed by Telital (mobile phone maker).
