The modules are required training for writers and content designers who join the Content Experience team.Redesigned the Content Experience team’s internal 1,100-page website of internal standards and guidelines. Conducted a content inventory and audit. Performed user interviews and card sort studies to create a new, scalable information architecture. Designed the site’s home page and built the entire Confluence site.Created guidelines and best practices for the Content Experience team’s new Confluence site to address gaps identified during the content audit.Single-handedly produced an in-app animated video for the launch of the Customer 360 product. Wrote the script, designed artboards, animated the graphics in After Effects, recorded the voiceover, handled music supervision and music editing, and mixed and mastered the audio.
