As a Product Designer at FileWave, my role is to create intuitive and efficient design solutions for customers in the field of Mobile Device Management (MDM). I focus on developing seamless, cross-platform experiences across FileWave’s MDM solutions, including Anywhere, Central, and Kiosk, which serve over 2 million devices worldwide.My work ensures that the platform remains user-friendly and powerful, enabling customers to manage devices across multiple operating systems efficiently. By prioritizing usability and functionality, I help shape a product that meets the diverse needs of IT administrators in managing mobile, desktop, and hybrid environments.

As a UX/UI Designer at CarbonFreed, I worked on Gridcert, a web application for online solar panel certification. My role involved creating tailored solutions for electrical engineers, focusing on simplifying complex workflows like document uploads and certification verification. I led user interviews and testing with engineers to ensure the app met their specific needs. Through iterative design and collaboration, I delivered an intuitive interface with numerous fields for managing and reviewing engineering documents, enhancing efficiency and user experience in the certification process.
