Recruiting Strategist
Current- Oversees the recruiting and onboarding process for substitute positions within the Bentonville School District. Recruits and screens candidates through multiple sources while serving as the initial and primary contact.
- Facilitates the selection process through application process, virtual screening, and assessing candidates abilities for the positions available.
- Collects and maintains date to be used by leadership to ensure metrics are met.
- Provides customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Manages and supports candidates when issues arise.
- Researches and identifies new methods of reaching new candidates.
