As an Account Executive on the Client Engagement team, I was responsible for maintaining the ongoing relationship of a portfolio of credit union clients. I acted as a liaison between the client and the ClaySys development team on an unlimited variety of RPA and no-code platform solutions. Using my financial industry experience, I assisted the ClaySys technical team's Project Manager in defining each project's scope and requirements to ensure process improvements through automation and efficiencies, while managing the number of billed resources needed to complete each project in a timely manner.
