Stella C. de Andrade Cezario is an Environmental Manager graduated from the University of Sao Paulo – USP, in 2010, with specialization in Legal Responsibilities in Occupational Health and Safety from University of São Paulo – USP. Stella has more than 15 years of experience in the environmental and health and safety fields, with expertise in environmental and health and safety auditing, management, and research. She has worked in numerous Brazilian states, as well as several South American countries. Stella has also experience in the United States and Canada. Stella’s career aimed at evaluating potential for significant environmental liabilities related to soil and groundwater conditions and environmental, health and safety compliance, and minimizing risks for large corporate clients in merge and acquisition processes. She has particular experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), EHS due diligence, Post-Merger Integration services, environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance assurance, environmental and social impact assessments for financial institutions, and EHS Management Systems assessments.
