Be responsible for leading the Head Office Finance team to deliver control and compliance, risk management, financial accounting and reporting, planning, and performance management objectives and support the sites across the world. 1) Responsible for BU performance reporting and all MI reports, drive performance excellence2) Lead/co-ordinate the long term strategy financial framework, in year plan, and Group Financial Outlook (GFO)/Quarterly Business Review (QBR)3) Support BU strategy and projects development, and provide value added supports and advice 4) Monitor DoA compliance as applied to investments, long term commitment and disposals within the BU. Lead the Retail/O&D BU Finance team to provide accounting service, MI analysis and regular JV data finance review, manage internal control process to ensure the sound control and integrity of JV data; provide assurance on projects; work with functions and business on JV legal/finance review projects

Created and led Asia FC&A team (accounting, MI & analysis, credit, legal and tax) to provide qualified financial support and control to business operations in Shanghai, Singapore, Korea and Japan.
