Learn the real requirements all aspects internal and external to furthest extent-Find perfectly matched candidates in time. Any issue happens, shall adjust hunting zone in time or communicate with clients-Keep good and quick communication with recommended candidates deeply to ensure acquiring their motivation, real leaving reasons and what they want with strong communication skills. Answer all questions about candidates and certain industry's status to clients with strong customer service skills-Ensure the candidates ’resumes which sent to the clients’ completely and exactly and emphasis their highlights-Arrange interviews and provide relative training before. Remind and follow in case of any changes-To get feedback for clients’ actively and harmonize with clients and candidates for furthest extent. -Harmonize with candidates and clients about C&S. -Follow candidates’ performance afterward on board.
