Senior Hair Stylist and Beauty Therapist (Nov 2011- Dec 2015)Full time Manager and Senior Hairdresser and Beauty Therapist (Jan 2016 - March 2018)This was a dream come true since I was looking for somewhere to practice both hairdressing and beauty therapy. I was privileged with the opportunity to manage and grew a lot in this time.The highlights of this experience was not only growing as an individual professionally but also personally. Learning more about people and how to lead.Learning more about the beauty industry since I was new to this element to begin with.I had the opportunity to attend many courses and development programs to up-skill.Managing staff and ordering stock were some grow areas in this role. Learning to lead a team to success meant learning more about myself. Actively listening and making sure the staff felt heard and valued.

One of my biggest achievements was doing my apprenticeship. I received apprentice of the year /“Pursuit of Excellence Award”. 2009I was a nominee for apprentice of the year stage 2 at the HBIA Vic awards. 2008I entered many competitions throughout Tafe to strengthen and grow my confidence.

Salon Assistant as a part time position after school. I learnt many things in this time and my passion for all things hairdressing grew leading me to make the decision to go for a hairdressing apprenticeship.
