Currently Operations and Finance Manager for a successful independent restaurant chain on the south coast.Previous Employment:Before I joined TIBCO, my role at Estee Lauder Companies provided me with invaluable skills for planning and analysis within the fast-paced environment of leading premium cosmetics giant, Estée Lauder. In conjunction with my primary role I contributed to the implementation, extension of and training for the company's latest information technology system, earning recognition through regular participation in and responsibility for presentations and executive meetings, along with extensive experience and knowledge of Event Management within SAP (ECP). Prior to my time with Estee Lauder Cosmetics, I established and managed two successful local restaurants, gaining and applying considerable organisational skills, business finance, marketing, sales and customer service experience. To compliment my experience I acted as PA to the proprietor for a number of years.
