My responsibilities included managing inbound and outbound call interviews for clients seeking to obtain life insurance or disability insurance. The interview required data input skills because I asked question about the clients medical, and financial information that would eventually be verified for accuracy by an underwriter. My responsibilities include analyzing the health of cameras for BMO Harris Bank across the United States and Canada, and submitting tickets for any deficiencies to be serviced/restored by Stanley Security. In addition, to being communication liaison relying information about safety alarms, robberies, fraud, and employee issues to BMO corporate security and proper local or federal authorities through either phone or email. I was appointed starting supervisor for my work ethic, and ability to communicate professionally with my team and clients. My responsibilities as supervisor included scheduling of call center, training, and planning for all daily responsibilities of my team.
