For more than 20 years, I have used my skills in sales and business development to work my way up the client services ladder where I am now responsible for directing the strategic plans that support expansive sales teams in meeting their revenue goals. I then coach and mentor account executives on best sales practices so they we can achieve exceptional sales results together. I have gained a long list of accolades during my career as a successful sales director and business development strategist, but some of my biggest accomplishments have come from the account executives I have guided through their own professional development. I help my coworkers stay on task and perform their jobs by maintaining and repairing their technology and equipment quickly and effectively. I consistently helped my Account Managers reach their goals for both new business and renewals year after year by using Salesforce to pull reports, data and presentations to tell stories based off client goals.My proficient knowledge of emerging software technologies paired with my ability to learn of changes in market behavior as they develop has allowed me to pivot the sales plans governing my teams to meet shifts in the competitive marketplace and give the business unit the best opportunities to enhance company performance.
