My attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with other departments contributed to my success in this role.I then moved on to become a Client Success Manager, where I focused on building relationships with clients. I ensured their satisfaction with our services through consistent communication and training, while also using different CRM software to manage their needs. I prioritized creating meaningful connections with clients over just meeting KPIs and solving problems before they become noticeable.I am always striving to learn and expand my knowledge, both personally and professionally. I recently learned how to maximize the value of my current skills and ventured into marketing and copywriting. I created a long-form sales letter that offers a unique product that has no competition.
