• The President administrates the elected officers and the appointed board members for the purpose of coordinating AWA programs and office procedures in an efficient manner. She ensures a cohesive relationship among the membership as well as between the organization and the community. She coordinates with every committee, as she is ultimately responsible. Is instrumental in matters of Articles of Association, Policy, Decision Making and Strategy as well as developing the organizations budget.

Overall supervisory responsibility for entire Indianapolis office including managing seven staff members, maintaining patient & staff scheduling, record keeping, insurance filing, HIPPA regulations, training staff, disability claims.

Scheduled seven bottling lines, responsible for ordering all raw materials for filled products, cross-trained in fleet logistics, completed shipping schedules, tracked inventory & replenished stock levels.
