• Initiate and implement departmental advisement, financial literacy, goal setting, and advocacy practices for at-risk students, which improved housing retention in the first year of implementation.
• Create and maintain department’s first hall director training manual to assist in new staff onboarding process.
• Assist in the design and implementation of a residential curriculum to improve student learning and engagement in on-campus housing.
• Chaired the 2017 Move-In Day Volunteer Committee and recruited over 400 volunteers, far exceeding previous years’ numbers.
