Report to: Senior Facilities Manager, ASAP (base in HK) / China GM1. Work with APAC Facility regional head and China GM, set up China Facility team in Apr 2014 and lead the team in China.2. Coordinate all aspects of Facility Management and Corporate Services across at all sites in China (68 Stores and 3 offices) including procurement and contract, repairing & maintenance, renovation, cleaning, office administration and leasing, reception service, landlord and related 3rd party subcontractors and vendors. 3. Responsible for the full spectrum of facilities management both strategic and operational including store maintenance, renovation, tenancy management, vendor management, EHS, office administration and procurement. Develop, review and update policies and procedure, formulates operational & maintenance strategies and implementation plans.4. Oversee all-round China administration duties, include office leasing, space planning, procurement, renovation, fixed assets control, reception, office cleaning & security, general insurance etc.5. Procurement management, develop, review and update procurement procedure and strategy, monitor all bidding process related to facility management, negotiation the result and monitor the contract transaction and renewal. Develop proper benchmarks and carry out audits to ensure compliance and cost efficiencies are met.6. Manage contractors' work and supervises project works and renovations to ensure deadlines are met and aligned with contract items, corporate standards and pre-determined budgets.7. Be the key point of contact for all external and internal stake holders on all matters related to facility management.8. Prepare and control annual budget/expenditure9. Assist in the management of disaster recovery / business continuity planning.10. Complete regular ad-hoc building checks including random auditing of critical faculties, warehouses and back offices.11. Team development and staff on job training
