- Manage multiple aspects of client contracts, including full documentation coordination with sales and design team and weekly meetings to ensure project success.- Prompt the sales and design team to complete tasks at the right time and in the correct sequence to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.- Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution and taking corrective action as necessary.- Establish and maintain relationships and work directly with manufacturers, mostly overseas in Europe, to obtain release dates on orders and ensure timeliness of orders being fulfilled- Collaborate with freight forwarders and local logistics companies to manage the logistics and delivery of orders for customers- Facilitate all of the responsibilities in the Logistics area which include: booking approvals, container management, air, ocean and domestic supply chains, consolidation, understanding of both vendor and Customs document requirements.- Partner with accounting department to ensure payments have been received from clients and made to factories and vendors at the appropriate time in the project plan.

- Schedule and coordinate logistics for local, national, and international projects for museums, galleries, private art collectors, designers, other fine art shipping companies, curators of private and corporate collections, etc.- Manage sales (inside and outside) for client services which includes estimates, storage accounts, processing internal paperwork, and collection of payment.- Establish new and maintain existing client accounts.- Obtained TSA certification to assist with domestic and international shipments.- Maintain TSA records and certified to administer TSA exam to employees.- Assist in transportation logistics for fine art and consumer trade shows and coordination of on site services.- Schedule and supervise full time department employees, including approval of expense and time reports- General office management which often includes coordination with other department managers within the company.
