I speak to pharmacies and provider offices to assist in getting medication PAs sent to the insurance plan as quickly and efficiently as possible. I assist users of our program with account issues such as password resets, MFA resets, changing email or username as well as adding them to group accounts for faster access to office shared PAs. I work with a team of people to collaborate on new resources to make the user experience easy and efficient.

I assisted the urologist with in-office procedures such as prostate biopsies, bladder biopsies, cystoscopies and difficult catheter changes. I performed on my own, monthly cath changes, read bladder scans, ran diagnostic urodynamics testing, JP drain removal, staple removal, and sterile prep for in office procedures. I ran urine labs as well as updated patients with lab results.

I worked with residents on their ADLs in skilled units as well as memory care and rehab units.
